Practical and theoretical three-day workshop for managers working in various fields that includes the following subjects:

  • Outward appearance of the customer, genetic basis (influence of the event and the emerging behavioural models in various situations);
  • The customer’s expected behavioural models in stressful or peaceful situations, indications of customer aggressiveness (models of proper approach), body of signs that indicate customer conservatism (models of proper approach), set of signs that indicate prompt understanding and readiness to apply new knowledge in practice (innovative type, proper approach), body of signs that indicate that emotional perception prevails over logic, how to recognise a provocateur and avoid provocation, body of signs that point to a customer’s lying;
  • Sales technique algorithm based on the customer’s appearance.
